Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Seasonal items or items on sale are not eligible for return.
Returns are accepted at the purchase price with a valid sales receipt, invoice, or exchange card. Please ensure that returning goods are carefully packed to avoid possible damages during the shipping process. The shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the sender.
In the case of a return, the amount can either be credited to your account for a future purchase or refunded to your bank account. Refunds are provided only when the returned goods are accompanied by the purchase receipt.
Please note:
- Refunds require 5 working days, starting once the returned goods have been delivered back to the e-shop.
- The first bank account holder must be the customer who placed the order.
- Refunds for partial returns are only applicable via a bank transfer.
Please be aware that refunds are only applicable for e-shop purchases and not for in-store purchases.
