General Terms

• The website www.my-dandy.com is an e-commerce site accessible via the Internet to all Internet users.
• The site is managed by MY DANDY, a Greek company with its headquarters located at 23 Pindou, 14122, Herakleio – Greece, with tax registry number 802230466.
• Users/Buyers must be over 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
• Any product ordered via the Website implies having read and expressly agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, and this acceptance is not conditioned by a handwritten signature from the User.
• These terms fully comply with current European and Greek legislation. Users acknowledge the company’s right to modify any provisions of these terms as long as such modifications do not affect legally binding obligations of either party or accomplished situations.
• Website users acknowledge that they have read these terms, agree with them, and undertake to comply with them. These Terms and Conditions may be subject to modifications, and the conditions applicable are those in effect on the date of order execution.

 

Time of Delivering Orders

• The time of delivering the order to the client depends on product availability and the shipment address.
• Buyers can track their products using the unique reference number provided via email.
• In case of delay due to incidents of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions or general strikes, MY DANDY takes no responsibility and is not considered unreliable.

 

Products

• Please note that while we have made every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will precisely reflect the colors of the products. Your products may vary slightly from the images on your device.
• E-shop products can be delivered both in Greece and abroad, subject to the area and the quantity of products ordered.
• E-shop products are sold as long as stocks last. MY DANDY cannot guarantee product availability.

 

Order Submission

• Orders must be placed through the e-shop as soon as the relevant order form is filled and submitted. The prices of products include VAT.
• MY DANDY reserves the right to change the price list without notice, but such changes will not affect the prices of already placed orders. When submitting the order, the client can choose between a retail receipt or an invoice.
• Invoices are issued to both companies and freelance traders, provided they supply the necessary data: company name, tax number, tax office, company and delivery address, and profession.
