Please note that extra charges may apply for remote locations. In such cases, we will send an email for your approval before shipping your order. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Also, please be aware that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, for which you are responsible. MY DANDY cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities decide to confiscate items or charge additional duties or taxes. The purchaser is responsible for paying these charges.

Orders placed on Friday (after 1 pm), Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next working day. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and major public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and commence from the date of dispatch. MY DANDY shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order.
Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. If no one is available, the courier will leave a message with a contact number for you to arrange redelivery.
